Full rack of Devick’s Ranch beef ribs. Charcoal rubbed and fully cooked with a roasted garlic & honey BBQ glaze.
Served with 3 sides: Ikigai Farm heirloom tomato salad with Tanto Latte bocconcini cheese, grilled Ikigai Farm yellow zucchini compressed with tomato and chorizo oil, and BC potato salad with bacon and Chase sweet corn.
Ribs are fully cooked, just heat up and slather on the sauce!
