A 6oz C&B Signature beef pattie, topped with smoked brisket, wild mushroom and cippolini onion saute, morel mushroom aioli, crispy fried onions on a cheddar and onion bun.
Served with Cajun potato and sausage salad with roasted corn and Broccoli caesar salad with bacon and nostrala cheese.
