Trevor Allen is the owner and operator of Skye Hi Farms, a family-run farm that has been raising Free-Range Turkeys for well over 30 years. Skye Hi Farms turkeys are all processed locally in the Lower Mainland.
Skye Hi turkeys are third party audited and we have an approved Free-Range, no -antibiotic certified program in place with the Canadian Foods Inspection Agency. This guarantees you that our birds are given...NO medications, NO antibiotics, NO growth hormones or promotants. Our birds are fed free choice complete grain diet as well as access to grass pastures.
Purchasing this product through our E-Store serves as your deposit. The full deposit will be taken off the total price of your bird when you pick up. Deposits are non-refundable.
Turkey Ballotine — Boneless South Peace Colony turkey breast wrapped in double-smoked bacon and stuffed with house-made turkey & cranberry sausage. Fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Serves approximately 3–4 people.
Beef Tenderloin roast, wrapped in mushroom duxelles, prosciutto and puff pastry. These tastey numbers don’t last long, so fair warning… don’t hesitate.

Slow-Roasted Festive Ham & Oven-Roasted Turkey
Our traditional in-house made festive ham and oven-roasted turkey, sourced from South Peace Colony Farms, served with scalloped Kennebec potatoes, balsamic-marinated asparagus salad with goat cheese, garden herb stuffing, maple and sherry glazed roasted beets with pecans, rich roasted turkey gravy, and our in-house made beef tallow biscuits.
